they cannot be returned and are, therefore, non-refundable.

COPYRIGHT AGREEMENT

By purchasing you are legally bound to the following terms:

 

My designs are copyrighted by Aishwarya Santosh, Each design has a design by credit at the bottom of the theme which is required for all designs.

 

You may not resell the design or claim the design as your own. I own the property rights to all designs, graphics, and photoshop files included in your design. You are prohibited from sharing the theme or any design elements we provide with additional users.

 

Designers are prohibited from claiming my themes as their own and promoting them as original work.

 

All photographs used in demo sites are not for use with any live website unless stated otherwise.
